All products sold through The Stay Strong Collection are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the digital file or download link has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for digital products after purchase due to change of mind, duplicate purchase, currency conversion, or because the product has already been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at support@thisisourretirement.com and we will be happy to help make sure you receive your guide.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review the order.
If there is a problem with the file itself, such as a broken download link or corrupted file, please contact us and we will provide a replacement download link or corrected file where appropriate.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Your payment provider may convert the amount into your local currency at checkout.
